STUFFED BBQ BURGER
Stuffed Barbecue Burgers are the perfect meal if you're entertaining guests. This dish is delightful and a favorite of many people, whether it's for an intimate dinner party or Big Bob’s BBQ on the weekends. They can be made in less than 30 minutes with just few ingredients that most households have at home already!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or cheese of your choice
- ⅓ cup finely chopped green pepper
- ⅓ cup finely chopped tomato
- 3 pc fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 pc green onions, finely chopped
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 pc hamburger buns, split
Instructions
Cheese Mixture
- For the cheese mixture, combine cheese with green pepper, tomato, mushroom, and onion in a large bowl.1 cup shredded cheddar or cheese of your choice, ⅓ cup finely chopped green pepper, ⅓ cup finely chopped tomato, 3 pc fresh mushrooms, finely chopped, 2 pc green onions, finely chopped
Stuffed Barbecue Burgers
- Shape the beef into eight patties.2 lbs ground beef
- Top 4 patties with the cheese mixture. Use the remaining patties to cover and tightly press the edges of each to seal them together.
- Grill, covered, for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat. Use your favorite Wood Chips/Pellets to add a smokey flavor to the patty.
- Brush with BBQ sauce, and sprinkle with sugar, then grill it for another 5-6 minutes on each side, basting occasionally until a thermometer reads 160°F and juices run clear.½ cup BBQ sauce, 1 tbsp sugar
- Serve on buns and top with additional BBQ sauce.4 pc hamburger buns, split

BBQ NY Strip Steak
An easy and convenient way to make a tasty, tender steak on the grill. Marinating for a minimum of 2 hours produces the best results.
Ingredients
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup BBQ rub
- ¼ cup minced garlic
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ lb New York strip steaks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, barbecue rub, olive oil, garlic, red wine vinegar, basil, and Italian seasoning. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag.½ cup BBQ sauce, ¼ cup BBQ rub, ½ cup extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, ½ tsp dried basil, ½ tsp Italian seasoning, ¼ cup minced garlic
- Pierce steaks on all sides with a fork, and place them in the bag. Gently shake to coat, and seal the bag well. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.½ lb New York strip steaks
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Use your favorite Wood Chips/Pellets to add a smokey flavor to the steak.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Discard the marinade, and place steaks on the grill. Cook for seven minutes on either side or until they are desired doneness.

Easy Grilled Chicken Breast
Grilling your chicken is the perfect way to enjoy a meal outside or on the grill. But, sometimes grilled chicken breasts can be dry and bland. This recipe for BBQ chicken breast will take your backyard grilling game up a notch!
Ingredients
- 3 tsp BBQ rub
- 1¾ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 pc large garlic cloves, minced
- 1½ tsp lemon zest, from one lemon
Instructions
- One breast at a time, put the chicken breasts into a zipper-lock bag; use a mallet to make it even ¼ of an inch.1¾ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Put all of the ingredients except for the chicken together in a zip-lock bag. You can use the same one you used for pounding if it is still in good shape.3 tsp BBQ rub, 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 4 pc large garlic cloves, minced, 1½ tsp lemon zest, from one lemon
- Add the chicken breasts to the zip-lock bag and mix in the marinade until evenly coated.
- Seal the bag and place it in a bowl in the fridge. It should marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Set the grill to high heat and add oil to the grates. Use your favorite Wood Chips/Pellets to add a smokey flavor to the chicken breast.
- Put the chicken breasts on the grill and cook, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Be careful not to overcook them.

Grilled BBQ Pork Chops
These bbq pork chops cook in just 30 minutes and are so tender, juicy, and flavorful when slathered in BBQ sauce. Irresistible and mouth-watering at every bite, these grilled pork chops are going to be your new favorite to enjoy with family and friends all year long.
Ingredients
- 6 pc thick-cut boneless pork chops
- 2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tsp BBQ rub
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium and oil the grates. Use your favorite Wood Chips/Pellets to add a smokey flavor to the pork chops.
- Season the pork chops on both sides with the barbecue rub.6 pc thick-cut boneless pork chops, 2 tsp BBQ rub
- Place the pork chops on the grill, cook for about 2-3 minutes, then flip and brush barbecue sauce over the tops and sides of the chops.2 cup BBQ sauce
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, then flip and brush barbecue sauce over the top and sides all over again.
- Cook 5-7 minutes longer until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F. Don't worry if they're still a little pink when they come off the stove. Let them rest on a plate and cover for five minutes before you serve them – this is important to maintain their juiciness and tenderness.
- Serve with the remaining BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
